Planned Activities for 2009
- Preparation of a Technical Committee meeting with the participation of all Co-chairs that will take place in Portugal (aiming to avoid the travel costs since some of the active members are from Portugal and close countries);
- Organization of activities, namely tracks and special sessions, in the IES Conferences, namely IECON'09, INDIN'09, ISIE'09 and ETFA'09;
- Participation in the activities of IES Conferences, such as membership of technical program committees and revision of papers;
- Continuation of the efforts aiming to edit a book sponsored by the Technical Committee presenting the state of the art and a R&D roadmap about the theme of this committee (initiative already started);
